Town Receives Final FEMA Payment

The Town of North Bend received its final FEMA check compensating the Township for road damage occurring in a July 2017 thunderstorm. Township officials documented $75,641 worth of damage to roads and culverts in the aftermath of the storm. This final check, in the amount of $2,216.05 associated with indirect Administrative costs, brings the total amount reimbursed by the State and FEMA to a grand total of $66,188.90. FEMA and State reimbursement was/is being used to repair roads, remove debris and repair culverts.
