West Indies Road Culverts

Town of North Bend, Wisconsin

Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Town Clerk, Township of North Bend, Wi until 7:00 pm on Tuesday, April 21, 2020 at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Monthly Town Board Meeting for the purpose of reconstructing culverts on West Indies Road.

 

 

1.       Culvert-North:  Location is approximately 1700 ft north of Manser Road.  The culvert is 4’ x 60’ with an approximate depth of 10-12 ft.

2.       Culvert-South:  Location is approximately 500 ft north of Manser Road.  This Culvert is 4’ x 80’ long with an approximate depth of 12-15 ft.

Bids shall be SEPARATE per culvert and on the form provided for that purpose and in accordance with Bidding Requirements prepared by the Town of North Bend.  Bidding documents are attached (Click Here) to this notice or directly from the Township Clerk, Sarah Henderson (608) 317-8325.  Bids shall be directed to the Town of North Bend Clerk, c/o Sarah Henderson.  W20615 Mckeeth Drive, Galesville, WI  54630.  It shall be securely sealed and endorsed on the outside wrapper as “Bid for West Indies Road Culvert-North” or “Bid for West Indies Road Culvert-South.”

 

Contractors on the project must comply with the minimum wages in effect for the State of Wisconsin.

 

The Township of North Bend reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the Township.
