To All North Bend Residents:
We want to take a moment to thank all North Bend residents for your unselfish assistance during the recent large snow event. As many of you are aware, we are currently without a large plow truck to clear our roads. We suffered a major mechanical failure and the truck is currently in the shop being repaired. That being said, so many of you stepped up to the plate and offered us assistance by plowing the roads near and around your homes. Our neighboring Township of Melrose also came to our rescue as plow driver Dennis Pierce plowed several times for us during the snow event. Folks like Dennis Pierce, LeRoy Alseth, John and Josh Swenson, Larry Christopherson, Tony Zeman and Roy from the Hollow all came to our rescue. I am sure that I have neglected to thank so many others that I am not aware of or frankly have not had the true pleasure of meeting. I just want to thank you all for your help, patience and understanding as we navigate through this difficult time. This is why I feel that North Bend and this area is such a wonderful place to live and raise a family because of people like you!
Sincerely Town Patrolman,
Darrel L. Stoen
